The workplan describes a complete manufacturing system with various machines and clamping variants (fixtures). The different machine groups (OPs) are considered separately in order to allow an optimum process design, e.g. to balance out the OP times.
3. Overview of production lines
The machine groups used in the process (OPs) can be compared in an overview of the production lines. Capacity planning shows the required OPs as well as the resources used, e.g. magazines. Furthermore, the capacity utilisation of the OPs can also be shown in a bar chart.
